In addition to the use and enjoyment of your selected studio, one or two bedroom residence, your monthly fee includes a variety of services and amenities such as meals, utilities, weekly housekeeping and linen service, emergency call system, community activities and programming, scheduled transportation, maintenance, 24-hour staffing, plus access to a host of on-site amenities and community common spaces. (Additional services may be added/reduced depending on residence type/level of care as needed.)

Maple Springs residents can enjoy our chef prepared meals three times a day in our beautiful dining room. In the dining room they will find several options at each meal that meet daily nutritional needs and accommodate special diets. Residents can also enjoy a sandwich, snack or even ice cream in our Bistro.

At Maple Springs, each resident has access to a 24 hour nurse call system which they can use to receive assistance from certified nursing staff at any time day or night. There is also a registered nurse on staff at all times.

Scheduled transportation in our wheelchair accessible bus to local appointments and other outings is included in the monthly base services.

Maple Springs has a licensed nurse on staff that performs assessments on all potential residents in order to determine the services that each resident needs and to ensure that we are the right fit. These assessments help us to create individual care plans for each resident and help us see that everyone at Maple Springs receives the appropriate care.

Maple Springs is a continuum of care community, the first of its kind in Cache Valley! We provide Assisted Living, Memory Care and Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation all under one roof. This allows for you or your loved one to age in place with comfort and dignity.

Assisted Living provides services for those needing assistance with activities of daily living such as showering, medication management, grooming and so much more. Our goal is to assist residents in maintaining their independence while prioritizing their safety.

Memory Care entails all of the Assisted Living services but also includes a specialized Dementia/Alzheimer’s program designed to meet the individual resident where they are in the disease process. Security, stimulus and dignity are a priority for your loved one.

Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation provides transitional and post-acute services along with Long-term care apartments. With our state of the art rehab gym, our goal is to help your loved one reach their maximum potential and return to the setting of their choice.

Can I bring my pet with me to live at Maple Springs?2019-01-02T19:07:00-07:00

Yes, pets are welcome at Maple Springs! A pet fee will apply and all pets need to have current vaccination records, shots and be approved for the safety of all residents.
